– Personal Financial Statement – prepared within last 90 days for 20% or more business owners – Personal Tax Returns for 2022, 2023 and 2024 – A schedule of Real Estate owned and financed with a payment schedule – A schedule of vessels owned and financed with a payment schedule – The legal entity that would be responsible for owning the vessel(s). – The legal entity that you would use to support the purchase – Business Financial Statements – 2 Years -Balance Sheet and Income Statement – Current year-to-date Business Balance Sheet and Income Statement – within 60 days – Business Tax Returns for the last 3 years – A schedule of Real Estate owned and financed – Current Debt Schedule – list all loans and leases (original amount, Balance due & monthly payments) – Banking – Business bank statements – 6 months all business accounts – Please send Bank Statements to credit@workboat.capital Driver License(s) – For proof of identity of the business owners (20% or more owners)
